Long before a single event is scheduled, the Dayton Masonic Center is already doing its work.

It was designed for resonance, sightlines, scale, and presence. Every balcony curve, ceiling height, and stage dimension contributes to how sound carries and how audiences experience performance.

The next chapter at the Dayton Masonic Center is well underway.

Culture Works, the Dayton region’s United Arts Fund and Local Arts Agency, through CW Events, is collaborating in the revitalization, management, and booking of our performance and event venues.

Together, we are expanding access for artists and performance organizations while continuing to host weddings, galas, corporate events, and community gatherings inside one of Dayton’s most historic spaces.

Another great space within Dayton Masonic Center is The Compass Room. This event space is perfect for wedding ceremonies and has lighter decor and architecture compared to The Templar Room.

The Compass Room has tall hand-painted ceilings, granite columns, and raised stage giving your guests a full view of the wedding ceremony. They certainly don't build spaces like this anymore!

Did you know that you can rent out our historic stage and theater for your next event?

This 1,900 seat theater was Dayton’s largest theater and stage until The Schuster was built.

Imagine hosting your event in this amazing hidden gem of a space!

You’ll have access to the orchestra pit and stage making your event the ⭐️Star!⭐️

@preservation_dayton had the honor of being the first event held here. The back theater wall was left exposed and vintage/salvaged furniture and accents were used for food displays to add to the preservation vibe.

There are stage curtains to hide the back stage wall if you prefer. Dayton Masonic has also priced this event space competitively compared to other Dayton theaters so be sure to check them out!

This event space is so new it’s not even on the website yet, but you can learn more by emailing Events@EliteCatering.com.
